First Day With Treadmill

I have got to say, I absolutely love it! I have to admit though, it does work different muscles than running outside does. My legs got tired fast (normally it's my breathing).

Todays workout consisted of:
10 minute warm-up
 Run at a considerably easy pace (5 mph) for 0.1 miles  
Walk (3 mph) for 0.1 miles
Repeat for 20 minutes  
10 minute cool-down

Even though it seems easy, I sweated more than when I ran 4 miles outside non stop.  Did I mention how tired my legs were? Well not bad for first time running on a treadmill.

Anyways, guess I'll have to wait until tomorrow to see what it brings.
